A utility cart is a great way to move tools around your garage or workshop. It can also be used for gardening, in the kitchen, or about anywhere else you can imagine storing small tools or supplies. I built this cart for just under $30 using 2x4s and a movers dolly. I wanted to share it with you so that you could have the opportunity to build one as well.
