How to Build a Cat House Condo for Outside We have a cat that stays outside year-round. So as the winter months came closer, I thought it would be best to build an insulated cat house for him. And as the plans grew, so did the size of the house, or now you can call it a condo. It has multiple floors to give him plenty of space, along with a fenced in deck for his food and water. This should keep other cats from trying to steal his daily feeding. And finally it was finished off with a brick paint job to make it look a little more fancy. Overall, this cat is a definitely spoiled to have such a nice cat house condo.
